As we age, we do not automatically enter into a downwards spiral performance. The physical degeneration is the inevitable part of ageing. However, most people age drastically since they are not aware of this fact, and hence they suffer the accelerated negative effects.
Because most of us are unaware of how much control we have over our ageing process, we do nothing for ourselves to consciously slow down the ticking clock. At the age of 30, the muscle strength starts to slow downwards. This causes lean muscle mass to shrink and the bones to weaken, turning out to become porous and brittle.
